RON MALY HAS BEEN WATCHING THE PARADE GO BY FOR A LONG TIME. THIS IS ONE OF HIS WEBSITES.

Normally, May 2 is one of my favorite days of the year. For various reasons. But not this year. I don't like snow on May 2, but that's what's in my back yard [as well as my front yard]. So now I can't wait until May 3 and later. The month of May has no business delivering snow to us. By the way, a good friend of mine who knows how to make me feel good, said, 'It's a good thing you're not still living in Albert Lea, Minn., because they got 17 inches of snow up there.' Correct. I'm glad I'm not still living in Albert Lea, where I spent part of 1958 and part of 1959.
